March 9 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Doron Levin and Mike Firn report on Toyota Motor Corp.'s recalls. Toyota said a test of its electronic throttle-control system cited in testimony to Congress as possible evidence of a cause of unintended acceleration in the company’s cars couldn’t occur in everyday driving. Separately, Toyota said incentives may help end a two-month slide in U.S. sales in March, as the carmaker tries to win back customers following the global recalls.
