Feb. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Colin McGranahan, an analyst with Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., talks with Bloomberg's Deirdre Bolton and Erik Schatzker about Wal-Mart Stores Inc.'s fourth-quarter earnings reported today. Wal-Mart said net income rose 22 percent to $4.63 billion, or $1.21 a share. Excluding a tax benefit and a restructuring charge, profit totaled $1.17 a share. The world's largest retailer posted comparable-store sales that trailed its projection and its full-year forecast fell short of some analysts' estimates. (Source: Bloomberg)  « Less
