Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Dimitri Despierres, a wing sail engineer for the BMW-Oracle sailing team, talks about this year's America's Cup competition and the technology behind his team's yacht. Larry Ellison's BMW-Oracle team is competing against Ernesto Bertarelli's Alinghi team in a contest that has been marked by legal challenges and scared off sponsors.
