Jan. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Laurence Kotlikoff, professor of economics at Boston University, talks with Bloomberg's Mark Crumpton about his proposed overhaul of the U.S. financial industry. President Barack Obama on Jan. 21 introduced a proposal he called the "Volcker Rule" to limit the size and trading activities of financial institutions and reduce risk-taking.
