Toledo police detectives, with the assistance of the Lucas County Coroner's Office, have identified the body that was found on the side of West Lincolnshire Thursday evening. Police said the body is that of 18-year-old Fitzgerald Robbins. Detectives said the teen shot himself in the head accidentally with a gun in some form of Russian Roulette game.
