Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) -- European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet talks with Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua about the need for stability in the global financial system. Trichet, speaking from the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, said "the fragility of the financial system and the global economy is something we can't afford."
