Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Caroline Connan reports on plans to increase the representation of women on corporate boards in France. French lawmakers are debating a bill to ensure that women occupy at least 40 percent of the seats on executive and supervisory boards and impose sanctions on companies that fail to comply.
