One of the major players in the George W. Bush administration paid Northwest Ohio a visit Thursday evening. Karl Rove spoke and shook some hands at the Lincoln Day dinner held by the Lucas County Republican Party at Gladieux Meadows in Toledo. Rove, a Republican strategist, was the senior advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff.
