Jan. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Flavia Rotondi reports on the Italian government's second probe into possible price-fixing by pasta makers. The investigation by inflation watchdog Roberto Sambuco comes a year after 26 pasta makers were fined 12.5 million euros ($17.9 million) for operating as a cartel.
