Defense attorneys are making another bid to have the murder case against Vincent Brothers thrown out. Or, they say, the Kern County District Attorney's Office should be thrown off the case due to prosecutorial misconduct. In a motion filed Thursday, defense attorney Michael Gardina alleges prosecutor Lisa Green used privileged information in one of her court filings. Gardina claims the information violates Brothers' right to have a confidential conversation with his attorneys.  « Less
