deputies say an albuquerque father was not only driving drunk -- but he got his nine-year-old son to blow into the ignition interlock for him. authorities say 31-year-old jorge martinez was driving erratically when he was pulled over just after midnight friday. his wife and two children were with him. deputies say martinez appeared drunk... but the car has an ignition interlock -- so they suspected someone else blew into the machine. at first his wife told them she did-- but deputies said she had also been drinking. deputies say the couple's nine- year-old son -- who was sitting in the back seat -- admitted to blowing into the machine.  « Less
