Two vehicles hit a man walking on Spain road Monday night in northeast Albuquerque. Albuquerque Police Information Officer Nadine Hamby says it appears that the second impact killed him. Officers say a man pushing a shopping cart was hit on Spain near Estrellita Del Norte around seven o'clock Monday night. Police went onto say that a driver of a PT Cruiser struck the man from behind then a second vehicle ran the man over. The man was on the roadway at the time of the accident. No citations were issued to either driver and the case will be forwarded to the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office.  « Less
