Dec. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Craig Johnson, president of Customer Growth Partners, talks with Bloomberg's Betty Liu about U.S. retail sales trends and the outlook for holiday sales. Sales at U.S. retailers rose more than forecast in November, a sign consumer spending is gathering speed heading into 2010.
