Advocates for Basic Legal Equality (ABLE) filed a class action complaint against the U.S. Border Patrol. The lawsuit also names the police departments of Attica, Norwalk, and Plymouth. The suit alleges officers from these agencies used racial profiling on Hispanics. It claims the officers stopped and then interrogated Hispanics regarding their immigration status. Lawyers for ABLE claim that violates constitutional rights. « Less
