An alleged "fugitive from justice" is expected back in court today. We reported yesterday that 19 yr. old John Soares was arrested in East Greenwich, after police say they found him in a stolen car that had run out of gas! New Bedford police tell us Soares had escaped from them Monday morning while still handcuffed!  « Less
