Suffolk County detectives are asking witnesses to come forward with information about a fatal hit-and-run incident that killed an 11-year-old girl. Courtney Sipes was crossing East Main Street in Smithtown at about 7 p.m. Tuesday when she was hit by a white pickup truck or SUV, police said.  « Less
