Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Jed Laskowitz, head of global strategic relationships for the fund unit of JPMorgan Chase & Co., talks with Bloomberg's Mark Crumpton about so-called bear-market and long-short mutual funds that are designed to protect against falling stock prices. The funds attracted a record $10 billion this year through October, more than double the previous high in 2006, according to Morningstar Inc.
