Former Officer Darren Henry of Bottineau will serve fifteen years in federal prison. Sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Daniel Hovland, Henry was found guilty of exploitation of minors and possession of material involving the sexual exploitation of minors in July of 2009 and sentenced earlier today. Henry engaged in a sexual relationship with a minor female between January and October 2008 while employed as a Customs and Border Protection officer. In addition to his prison term, Henry must also register as a sex offender. « Less
