The former police chief of Oakland gets diversion for good behavior and will have his record erased. Bob Tisdale pleaded "no contest" to 3 felony charges, including filing a false report in a case involving a drug dog, and official misconduct and tampering with evidence in a separate case with the Oakland Mayor. Two other felony charges against him were dismissed.  « Less
