Authorities are looking for an inmate who walks away from the Bismarck Transition Center. 18-year- old, Virgil Standing Crow III went missing late Friday night or early saturday morning. He was being held at the transition center for Minor In Possession and failure to appear for a court appearance. Standing Crow is six feet tall, two hundred pounds with Black hair and brown eyes.
