Bismarck school officials say parents should expect an important message tomorrow afternoon... but it's only a test. School officials are testing the new emergency notification system tomorrow at 3:30 in the afternoon. The Alert Now system will send a TEST message to all parents in the Bismarck public school district. The messages will go to parents' work and cell phones... and is only a test of the AlertNow system... which is designed to improve communications with parents during emergency situations.
