Today... You kind of have to see it to believe it... Here's one man wake-boarding on the Missouri River. A common sight during the summertime, but not necessarily for November 21st in our state! Several people watched in awe as this wake-boarder braves the colder temperatures... and rides the waves. Probably the best part of this video...
