Police have arrested a distraught and depressed Ho-Ho-Kus man after flushing him out of his home with tear gas, authorities said Friday. The man barricaded himself in his home with at least one rifle. Police said two handguns were registered in his name, but when they arrested him he only had a rifle. Officers fired four shots of tear gas into the house.  « Less
