Firefighters called to a deadly blaze in Brooklyn on Wednesday were sent to the wrong address raising concerns about the new 9/11 dispatch system. Fire union officials say the system is problematic. Fire department officials say it took firefighters about three to six minutes to get to the correct address. « Less
