Nov. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Robert Eisenbeis, chief monetary economist at Cumberland Advisors Inc. and a former research director at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, talks with Bloomberg's Betty Liu about the 11 percent decline in October U.S. housing starts.
