Congress moves one step closer to health care reform, but finding funds to pay for it is still up in the air. A new associated press poll finds that Americans favor taxing the rich to pay for those without health insurance. The poll found 57 percent in favor of the idea, no other approach got closet to that percentage. It's the same method Democrats in the house took when they passed their legislation. « Less
