Nov. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Douglas Burns, a former federal prosecutor, talks with Bloomberg's Lori Rothman and Mark Crumpton about the U.S. crackdown on secret offshore bank accounts. More than 14,700 Americans voluntarily disclosed accounts to the Internal Revenue Service under a leniency program.
