Nov. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Richard Kelly, chief executive officer of Xcel Energy Inc., talks with Bloomberg's Lindsey Arent about the company's plan to add $1 billion a year in spending for renewable energy. Kelly, speaking in Washington, also discusses Xcel's capital-spending plans and outlook for electricity-rate increases. Xcel is the biggest U.S. supplier of wind-generated power to retail customers.
