The right shoulder of the southbound West Side Highway is open. All other lanes southbound remain closed. An active accident investigation is underway. Three vehicles were involved in a collision at 125th Street just before 7 a.m. Traffic is backed up on the southbound side and extends past the Henry Hudson Bridge. Use Riverside Drive or the Harlem River Drive as alternates.   « Less
