Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- A surplus of supertankers competing to ship 2 million-barrel cargoes of crude from the Middle East may have ended. There are 2.5 percent more cargoes for delivery over the next 30 days than ships for hire, according to the median in a Bloomberg News survey of five people drawn from shipbrokers, shipowners and derivatives brokers.
