Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Vivendi SA, owner of the world’s biggest music company, could be holding out to get a higher price for its 20 percent stake in NBC Universal. The Paris-based company can notify GE, which owns 80 percent of the television network, of its intention to sell the stake until Dec. 10. The sale would allow General Electric Co. and Comcast Corp. to combine their media assets. Bloomberg's Greg Miles reports. (Source: Bloomberg)  « Less
