For seniors, this season is their last of prep pigskin, and that means tomorrow's title game for Bismarck High will be the swan-song for one of their stars. Jake Miller has had quite the career, rushing for over 3,000 yards over the past two seasons, and drawing comparisons to another running back that wore maroon and white, Weston Dressler. With one game left, Miller has a chance to help his team earn back-to-back State Championships. "(Jake Miller:) To go out with a State Title, there is no better way to go out as a senior and we have worked so hard from all the way up from our Freshman year until now, so to go out with winning a State Title would be phenomenal. (Mark Gibson:) The thing that Jake has done, even more so than last year, is just his field vision where he has made some unbelieveable cuts and we certainly don't coach those things and they are what he does on his own and he's a kid that any moment can break a game wide open. " Miller has hopes of playing college football. Meanwhile, the Demons face Fargo South in the 3A title game for the third straight season. They're 1-and-1 in those games, taking last year's title game. This season, BHS is unbeaten. Kickoff is set for 3:00 p.m. tomorrow.
