Work on a new addition to Syracuse's veterans' hospital will begin Friday with the groundbreaking of a spinal cord injury and disease center. Once finished, the 6 -story facility will hold 30 patients and have an extensive outpatient program. There will be operating rooms, a bigger dialysis unit and primary care services. The new spinal cord injury center will cost 90 million dollars, and should be completed by the end of 2012.  « Less
