Nov. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Zoe Tan, an analyst at Morningstar Investment Services Inc., talks with Bloomberg's Julie Hyman about KKR & Co.'s share offering for Dollar General Corp. KKR, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and other owners plan to sell 34.1 million shares of Dollar General today, according to data compiled by Bloomberg, less than 2 1/2 years after purchasing the Goodlettsville, Tennessee-based company for $7.3 billion.
