Nov. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Lori Wachs, a fund manager at Delaware Investments, talks with Bloomberg's Carol Massar, Jon Erlichman and Adam Johnson about the outlook for U.S. retailers. Macy's Inc. reported a third-quarter loss and forecast full-year earnings that trailed analysts' estimates today.
