Warren AME Church received a $35,000 grant from the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority Monday for a new senior services center. The grant money will be used for pre-development costs of the new center. The site will include a senior center and an adult day center. The $1.2 million project is expected to be completed by spring 2010.  « Less
