Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- David Weild, senior advisor at Grant Thornton LLP, and U.S. Senator Ted Kaufman, a Delaware Democrat, talk with Bloomberg's Pimm Fox about the decline in the number of publicly-held companies. The number of publicly-traded companies in the U.S. listed on Nasdaq OMX Group Inc.’s Nasdaq Stock Market, NYSE Euronext’s New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange has fallen 39 percent over the past 11 years, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing data from Grant Thornton.(Source: Bloomberg) « Less
