Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- White House economic adviser Jared Bernstein talks with Bloomberg's Lori Rothman about the outlook for spending the remaining funds in the government's economic stimulus package. The unemployment rate in the U.S. jumped to 10.2 percent in October, the highest level since 1983, a Labor Department report showed today. Payrolls fell by 190,000. (Source: Bloomberg) « Less
