Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Swedish Finance Minister Anders Borg talks with Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua from the G-20 summit in St. Andrews, Scotland, about the outlook for the global economy. Borg said leaders need to send a "very clear message" that they will sustain expansionary policies as long as necessary even as the global economy has made "substantial" headway coming out of the crisis.
