Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Steven Davis, a professor at the University of Chicago, talks with Bloomberg's Margaret Brennan about the impact government programs may have on jobs growth and economic sentiment. Davis also discusses the "disincentive" effect created by extending unemployment insurance and the hiring enviromment. Payrolls fell by 190,000 workers last month and the jobless rate soared to a 26-year high of 10.2 percent, according to figures released from the Labor Department today. (Source: Bloomberg) « Less
