Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Ethan Harris, head of North America economics at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, talks with Bloomberg's Carol Massar and Erik Schatzker about the economic implication of the October U.S. employment report. Payrolls fell by 190,000 workers last month, compared with a 175,000 drop anticipated by the median forecast of economists surveyed by Bloomberg News, figures from the Labor Department showed today in Washington.
