An Andover businessman is now charged in a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme. Hennepin County prosecutors claim Gerard Cellette ran Minnesota Print Services and acted as a paper broker. Cellette allegedly told investors he could make them money buying paper at wholesale prices and selling it for profit.  « Less
