Toledoans selected a new mayor Tuesday evening. Registered voters selected Independent Michael Bell over Democrat Keith Wilkowski in a tight mayoral race. Bell received 52 percent of the vote compared to Wilkowski's 48 percent, a difference of just over 3,000 votes. The mayor-elect visited FOX Toledo News studios Wednesday afternoon, 15 hours after Wilkowski conceded the race to his high school classmate.
