Burkina Faso is to supply its entire population with six million mosquito nets after research has shown many of the mosquitoes in the country have developed resistance to insecticides. The development fuels a malaria crisis in the West African nation -- over a disease which claims the life of an African child every 30 seconds, and has one million victims worldwide.
