Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke talks with Bloomberg's Pimm Fox about the possibility of a second economic stimulus package. Locke said President Barack Obama’s advisers are “seriously” considering proposing a second stimulus measure to boost the economy. He added that another stimulus would be “very targeted and specific and we need to be mindful of the deficit as well.” Locke also discusses the 2010 "Census in Schools" program.
