Williamsburg 's Skinnerville Bridge is being replaced. This bridge was built in the 1970s and it hasn't been repaired since. As you can see from this video, four houses depend on this bridge to get to public roads. But for years, heavy trucks could not go across it. That means no ambulances or fire truck, a situation that could not only be dangerous, it could have been deadly.  « Less
