Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu talks with Bloomberg's Lori Rothman about President Barack Obama’s push to overhaul the Country’s electrical transmission network and so-called "smart grid" technology. Chu also discusses the outlook for climate-change legislation in Congress. President Obama today announced $3.4 billion in government grants to improve efficiency of the U.S. electrical grid.
