Oct. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Abdullah Abdullah, Afghanistan's former foreign minister and a candidate in the country's presidential election, talks with Bloomberg's Anastasia Haydulina about the runoff vote which will take place on Nov. 7. President Hamid Karzai said yesterday Afghans will have to head to the polls again, after a United Nations-backed probe found that more than 1 million ballots, or a quarter of votes cast in the Aug. 20 election, were suspect.
