Oct. 23 (Bloomberg) -- James Shugg, a senior economist at Westpac Banking Corp., talks with Bloomberg’s Margaret Brennan about the outlook for the U.S. housing market. Shugg also discusses the prospects for economic growth, the impact of first-time homebuyer tax credit on home sales and the luxury-home market.
