Oct. 23 (Bloomberg) -- John Semcken, a vice president of Majestic Realty, talks with Bloomberg's Matt Miller about the company's efforts to develop a new stadium in Los Angeles as part a plan to draw a National Football League franchise to the region. California Governor Schwarzenegger has signed a bill to clear the way for a 75,000-seat, $800 million "green" stadium in City of Industry, a warehouse and shopping district 15 miles east of downtown Los Angeles.
